Making a reservation

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.

When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied during the booking process. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it.

You must contact us immediately in writing if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete.

Please enter the right amount of guests per room.

Children need to be accounted for. If for some reason you cannot enter the number of guests please contact us.

Check-in

Your room(s) will normally be available by 5pm. If you wish to arrive earlier please contact us to check if this will be possible. We always try and accommodate where possible but sometime this may not be possible.

Check-out

 We ask that you leave your room by 10am on the day of your departure. If you require a “late check-out” please advise us. Please note that “late check-out” may incur additional charges.

Pets

 Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.

 

Smoking

 The Ullinish House is a non-smoking premises and does not permit smoking or vaping in any public area.

Damage

Should you cause damage to decor or spoil a room or any of our public areas in any way that is deemed not accidental, Ullinish House reserves the right to charge you a minimum of £150.00 in order to cover the cost of cleaning, repairs and disruption in reselling the room. 

Insurance

We strongly advise you to ensure that acceptable travel insurance is in place to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout Ullinish House.
